Turn-key Infrustructure and Hosting
During study setup, Cmed Technology will provision all hardware needed for each study in our global, validated 24/7 data centers. Our customers do not need to worry about hardware, operating systems or software as Cmed will manage all these services. Cmed’s data centres have 24/7 physical security, fire suppression systems, cooling and access control lists. All our data centers are monitored by Cmed Technology’s Systems Operations team 24/7.

Turn-key Assessment and Setup of Sites
Cmed Technology will assess each site and based on this assessment will provide the ideal way for each site and user to access Timaeus. No matter the infrastructure in place, Cmed Technology can provide access via Timaeus Web, Timaeus Mobile and Timaeus HotSpot. Timaeus-as-a-Service includes web-based access (using a standard browser and office-grade internet connection) with no hidden charges.

Turn-key Online Training, 21 CFR Part 11 Sign-off and Access Provision
Cmed Technology’s Training team will contact each user who requires training and ensure completion and 21 CFR Part 11 compliant sign-off of training prior to granting access to Timaeus for the duration of each trial.
Timaeus was designed to be intuitive, reducing the burden on site staff. Timaeus training for site staff is primarily conducted using online training modules which teach users to enter data, resolve errors, respond to queries and sign subject study books. Online training allows maximum flexibility for busy site staff who can view the modules when their schedule allows. Site training is generally completed within one hour. Online training for all users is included with TaaS at no additional charge
