TaaS includes a 24-hour global Help Desk for all Timaeus users, including: investigators, monitors, data managers and sponsor staff. The Helpdesk is provided in primarily English with real-time support for other languages through a third-party translation service. Cmed’s Help Desk includes professionals with clinical backgrounds, to offer our customers assistance from staff who understand the needs of a clinical trial professional—not just a “software user”.
