All of implementation services incorporate best practices based on nearly a decade of experience developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) performing software and systems validation for large and small customers alike. However, to minimise the risks and delays associated with less-interactive waterfall-like software development life cycle (SDLC) practices, we have designed our implementation services around the Agile Manifesto and the enterprise unified process (EUP)
That you feel in control is paramount to your experience of working with Cmed Technology. Our service ethic aims to provide a high level of communication and visibility. Whether this was a full adoption or a single service study build, we will assign a designated project manager to you as key “go to” person. They will ensure that resources are leveraged to achieve the agreed milestones as well as ensure you have as good an experience as possible. Each project manager has direct access to senior management so they can assure delivery.
